MCT SCIENCE POWDER® is a medium chain triglyceride extracted from vegetable oil and is a rapid source of energy.

MCT SCIENCE POWDER® provides 10g per serving, has no flavor and can be added to your favorite beverage before, during and / or after sports activity.

Suggested Use: Mix one portion (3 measures of the measuring cup) of MCT into the shaker with 150ml of water, juice or other beverage of your choice. Stir for 15 to 30 seconds or until blended. If desired, add ice and / or other ingredients. Consume one serving daily before, during and / or after physical activity or as recommended by a nutritionist and / or medical nutrologist.
